We welcome graduating college seniors to apply for our Graduate Training Program in our New York, Santa Monica, and London offices. This program allows recent college graduates the opportunity to hold a position within one of our award-winning communications agencies. In addition to daily on-the-job training, these employees also participate in an extensive in-house training program throughout the first few months of employment. We find that this unique combination empowers our new trainees and gives them a foundation to build their skill sets as well as immersing them in our culture.
Available opportunities in this program include roles within our advertising, public relations, and medical communications agencies. Weekly trainings are run by internal and external trainers, exposing Graduate Trainees directly to our business leaders and shapers.
It is a testament to the success of this program that the majority of our graduates go on to become long-standing members of our teams.

“When GSW Newtown opened, I was encouraged by the work they were doing and impressed by how quickly they were growing. I wanted to be part of the great vibe, fun, and the challenge that came with a new venture. Nearly 2 years later, I left to pursue exciting new opportunities and acquire new skills and new category experience. But when I got a call from an old colleague to come back, I was excited.
A lot had changed at GSW since my early days. The office space had evolved; people were very friendly and a lot more supportive. I had good conversation with key people, and they made me an offer. I ended up joining a place that was culturally familiar and settled down in a really short time.”

“I started with Syneos Health in the graduate program and worked for Biosector 2 in London for 2 years. I was then given the chance to work at Chamberlain in the New York office for 2 years. I’ve had the most amazing opportunities to work with groundbreaking new drugs and medical devices, working across a range of therapeutic areas and stages of approvals. Being able to work on both sides of the Atlantic has given me invaluable insights into the differences in healthcare and regulatory environments in these 2 regions. It’s been great fun working with different teams and getting to know the different cultures.”

“I love the history and foundation of the legacy agencies that make up Syneos Health PR. There are a lot of people here who keep that culture alive and make this company feel like home. In addition to working on business that truly impacts people’s lives, this culture is one of the main reasons I look forward to coming to work each day."
