Columbus, OH — We’re excited to share our top eight predictions on the big shifts that will change expectations for healthcare marketing and communications in 2014.

That means more snackable healthcare, new kinds of very personal metrics and a huge call for better support. This is all happening in the context of shifts that are changing our industry, like big shakeups in the “settled” science of chronic disease, a perfect payer storm and pressure from innovators outside healthcare.
